1. What is this document?
This text constitutes the CONTRACT that will govern the relationship between La Peña 99, S.L., with NIF B39855416 and address at Paseo del Muro, 26, 50600 Ejea de los Caballeros, and You (the USER) when purchasing products through our online store La Peña 99, S.L. This text describes the terms and conditions that regulate the contracting of products through our online store, the rights and obligations of the parties, and information on how to make a purchase, all in compliance with Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI).
2. Acceptance and duration of the general terms and conditions.
The present General Terms and Conditions are binding for both parties. The CLIENT will be bound by each and every one of these General Terms and Conditions without reservation when purchasing our products on the website frutosecoslasotonera.com. It is their obligation and responsibility to read them beforehand.

La Peña 99, S.L. is a company dedicated to agricultural and livestock activities on the farms it owns. It engages in industrial processing, handling, drying, hulling, cleaning, and all kinds of preparation and processing of the company’s agricultural production. 4. Prices.
All prices displayed on frutosecoslasotonera.com include VAT, and the price will be the one specified on the website at any given time.

5. Shipping.

Once the purchase is made and payment is formalized (immediately for credit card payments or the same day the transfer amount is received in our bank account), the product will take 48 to 72 hours to arrive at your address. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the product and the destination country. Upon placing your order, shipping costs will be automatically calculated once you complete your Identification Details.
6. Purchase process.
The CLIENT must be at least 18 years old. The steps are as follows:
- Once the desired product(s) are selected, proceed to the "Shopping Cart," where all selected products are listed with the product name, final price including taxes, and discounts, if applicable.
- You will be required to fill out a form with your personal details, which will allow you to purchase the product. When entering identification details, specifically the Postal Code for Spain or the Country for other regions, shipping costs will automatically appear, except in cases of free shipping, which will also be displayed in a message. You may choose a payment method and a shipping address different from the billing address, if desired.
- By selecting the "Confirm Purchase" button, the contracting process is formalized, but only after ticking the box to accept the terms of contract and privacy policy. Once the order is placed, it will be subject to our acceptance. Within 48 hours, we will send a confirmation email. La Peña 99, S.L. is not responsible for errors or failures in the email address provided by the CLIENT.
7. Payment methods.

- Payment via the Redsys platform
You can pay with a credit or debit card through our payment gateway and SSL secure server, with no additional cost, using all security protocols, and immediately. After completing the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Payment via bank transfer
You can make a transfer to our account, which will appear when you complete the purchase in our online store. If you wish to expedite the order, you can send us the transfer receipt via email to
8. Order Cancellation and Returns
Return Policy
At La Peña 99, S.L., we commit to replacing goods whenever there is a quality issue caused during transport. If you encounter any problem upon receiving your order, immediately check the box and follow these instructions:
Any issue regarding packaging must be noted on the delivery receipt of the carrier and additionally communicated to La Peña 99, S.L. by email at info@frutosecoslasotonera.com
If the goods are defective and reported by phone or email, La Peña 99, S.L. will open an incident, initiating an investigation on the veracity and cause of the incident, which once confirmed, will grant the client the right to a refund equivalent to the value of the defective product minus the transportation costs incurred in the return.
Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification. Exceptions apply according to current regulations for: customized products, sealed items unfit for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and perishable items. To exercise your right to withdraw, contact us via our contact form or email info@frutosecoslasotonera.com. Products must be returned within 14 days after notifying your withdrawal.
9. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used by the client for the order in question.
10. Buyer security and protection

We use the 3DSecure system, redirecting data to secure servers without the commerce accessing or storing them, ensuring total confidentiality of your banking card details.

14. Integrity of the contract
If any clause of this contract is null or void, it will be deemed not included, and the remaining contract terms will remain binding between the parties.
15. Applicable law and jurisdiction
In the event of any legal conflict, controversy, or dispute, La Peña 99, S.L. and the User will adhere to Spanish law and submit to the Courts of Zaragoza, Spain, if applicable.
