At La Peña 99, S.L., we are committed to replacing merchandise whenever a quality issue arises due to transportation. Therefore, if you notice any problem upon receiving your order, review the package immediately, and proceed as follows: Any issues with the packaging must be noted on the delivery receipt of the carrier and additionally communicated by the customer to La Peña 99, S.L. via the following email address: info@frutosecoslasotonera.com. In the event that the merchandise is defective and has been reported either by phone or email, La Peña 99, S.L. will open an incident report, initiating the corresponding investigation regarding the truthfulness and cause of the issue. Once confirmed, the customer will be entitled to a credit equivalent to the value of the defective product minus the transportation costs incurred in the return.
Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without providing any justification.
